- Cape Town COC's are issued on the Sale of a Property as part of their by-laws.
- The PIRB (Plumbing Industry Registration Board) is for plumber Individuals that issue Certificates of Compliance on new installations (eg: Solar Geyser installations/ new builds etc.).
