2. Learnership (OLD to be phased out)

3. Artisan bridging program (GTPP)

4. Person not in employment, education or training (NEETS) 

5. Recognition of prior learning (RPL)

I can suggest seeking Employment with a Company that will enter into a tri-party agreement between Company, Individual and a CETA Accredited Training Provider. The downfall to this however is that there are few companies that carry the costs of such Training.
